TAOROBIC STUDIO CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CARDIO SCULPT
This class offers the ideal combination of cardiovascular and muscle-sculpting exercises in one fun and invigorating group fitness experience.


PILATES CIRCUITS
Pilates strengthens the muscles that support the spine (neck, shoulders, abs, hips and thighs) to bring balance into the body. Pilates helps to realign the spine in order to decrease tension, increase flexibility, and strengthen the body from the inside out.

POWER STRETCH
Come for an exhilarating and deep stretch session that will challenge both your flexibility and your strength.

LINE DANCE
Laugh, dance, and swing your partner round and round for a workout full of smiles.  Learn various line dances, meet friends, and enjoy one of our most popular classes.

LATIN FUSION
Exhilarating music, fun and fast paced Latin dance routines combined with professional instruction and choreography.


FIT BALL
Challenge your balance, strength, endurance, and mind in this invigorating class that utilizes the exercise ball for core power and coordination.

REFRESH & STRETCH
Before or after a vigorous workout we need to help our body prepare or recover.  This class is perfect to end or begin your exercise regimen.

LOW IMPACT
Get a great workout without the impact and shock on important joints. Great cardio, lots of variety and use of work-out props.

CORE STRETCH
Stretch your whole body while strengthening the core, supporting good alignment and increased energy.


TOTAL BODY FUSION
A dynamic fusion of low impact cardio, strength and endurance,Yoga and Pilates. Easy to follow, linear strong focused movements for students of all levels.


HATHA YOGA AND YOGA FLOW

Traditional Hatha Yoga poses are entwined together to create an exercise routine that increases strength, decreases stress by quieting the mind and promotes overall flexibility and balance.

PROFESSIONAL LATIN
Learn basic Latin dances to upbeat+ music, modernized choreography with professional guidance and instruction.

PILATES FUSION
Unique Pilates mat and floor exercises that include proper breathing and body positioning to improve core strength and stability while creating longer, leaner muscles. Added in are a variety or exercises using weight bearing props to build endurance,muscle strength and flexibility.

ZUMBA FUSION
A fusion of Latin and International music and dance routines that creates a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system.

MOONLIGHT WALTZING
Enjoy a slow and traditional dancing experience with or without a partner. Professional instruction and choreography enhanced by beautiful classical music.
